About Karla
Karla is a transformation specialist, with expertise in strategy, change and portfolio, program and project management. With over 20 years experience, Karla has a proven track record in leading organisational improvement initiatives across multiple industries. Karla’s skills lie in not only developing and managing a strategy, but inspiring and supporting the organisation to embed the change and maximise the benefits.
Well known and renowned in her industry, Karla was the Change Management Institute’s first Queensland Chapter President and has sat on the board as an Non-Executive Director twice. For many years, Karla balanced her practical skills with best practice research by lecturing for the Griffith Business School in Risk, Culture and Organisational Change. Karla also enjoys giving back through non-for-profit board roles.
